Full Time employees are eligible for health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary coverages, after 60 days of employment. Retirement enrollment begins after 1 year of employment, with a match.
Our company defines the following days as holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Hourly paid employees will be paid time-and-one-half for all hours worked on a holiday. Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for paid holidays immediately upon hire.
Referral bonuses are offered. You’ll receive paid, in-depth training with our dedicated staff. Training for entry-level positions is usually 3 weeks long. Training length may vary depending on the specific position hired for.

Call Experts is a 24/7 facility. This affords us the luxury of being able to offer a variety of schedules for new employees. We offer full and part-time schedules depending on the current business need.
YES, our workforce is fully remote. We actively hire in several states, please refer to our job posting for more information.
Your equipment and setup must meet the following requirements:
- PC type: NO CHROMEBOOK/NOTEBOOKS
- Full Size or Compact Laptop
- A full size laptop has 15” monitor, all f keys, and a number pad
- Dual Monitors a plus
- Full Size or Compact Laptop
- RAM- 8GB minimum
- Hard Drive/Disk Size: 500GB total/ 50GB available
- Operating systems: Windows 10 or newer
- Hardwiring using ethernet connection- required; no wifi
- Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and 5 upload
- Headset with an external, USB microphone- No earbuds
