Essential functions:

  • Operate the telephone, phone/headset, keyboard/computer system accurately using the company’s software.
  • Speak and hear clearly in order to effectively communicate with each caller.
  • Read English instructions for each account and phone call.
  • Be on time and ready to take calls for every scheduled shift.
  • Efficiently type accurate messages into the system that correctly summarize callers’ needs.
  • Handle each account based on the instructions for that account.
  • Possess a genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful personality, on and off the phone.
  • Understand and act in accordance with company Core Values and policies.
  • Be flexible with their scheduled hours.

Call Experts defines the following as Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If an employee works on a holiday, their shift will be paid at time and a half.

Call Experts is 24/7 facility. This affords us the luxury of being able to offer a variety of schedules for new employees. Schedules for new hires can fall anywhere between 5am and midnight. Overnight shifts are not typically offered to newly hired Experts unless specified in the job posting.

Call Experts offers paid, in-depth training with our dedicated staff. Training for entry level positions is usually 3 weeks long. Training length may vary depending on the specific position hired for. It will include learning how to use our system software, how to effectively control conversations, use soft skills to diffuse difficult situations, and practice through simulated calls before taking live phone calls.

YES, our company is remote and your equipment and setup must meet the following requirements:

  • Operating System- Microsoft Windows 10 Professional or Home Edition Build 1909 or later
  • Processor- 2.50 GHz dual core 64-bit processor with 8MB cache
  • RAM- 8GB minimum
  • Storage- at least 10GB free space
  • Network Adaptor- 100 MB or 1 GB network adaptor
  • Pointing Device- Microsoft Mouse or compatible device (wired)
  • Dual Monitors- minimum resolution of 1920×1080
  • Keyboard- Standard 101 keyboard (wired)
  • Headset- Headset compatible with web browser’s speaker and microphone function (wired)
  • Sound- No specific sound card requirement
  • Web Browser- Latest release of one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox
  • Virus Protection- any software solution of your choice
  • Webcam
  • Dedicated Workspace Free from Background Distractions
  • High Speed Internet Connection via a physical cable (i.e. LAN or Ethernet Connection)

Call Experts believes in making sure staff always have sufficient access to leadership for answers and support. This means we always have multiple Team Leaders and Supervisors on duty, with a ratio of no more than 15 CSRs to every member of management on staff, with the actual ratio normally being lower.
